Discovery Call 15 minutes · Free

We’ll talk through your main health concerns, your goals, and any questions you have about how I work. There’s no obligation and nothing to prepare — just bring your story. You’ll leave with a clear sense of whether coaching is right for you and what a next step might look like.

Initial Consultation 60–90 minutes

This is where we go deep. We review your health history, nutrition, digestion, sleep, stress load, movement, and your home and work environment — including everyday EMF exposure. Together we map your total body burden and decide whether any further testing or an in-home EMF assessment would be valuable.

Personalised Plan & Report of Findings 30–45 minutes

I bring everything together into a written Report of Findings and a step-by-step plan. Depending on your needs, that may include dietary guidance, nutritional and herbal support, grounding protocols, sleep and stress strategies, and a room-by-room EMF remediation plan. We prioritise the small changes that will move the needle first.

Follow-Up & Ongoing Support 1–2 weeks, then ongoing

Real change happens in the follow-through. We reconnect shortly after you begin to make sure the plan feels manageable, then check in on a rhythm that suits you. We celebrate wins, troubleshoot obstacles, and adjust as your body responds — because sustainable health is a practice, not a prescription.
